Two months ago I set out to solve a simple but annoying problem: unreliable USB sticks for embroidery machines.
My parents, and many others, often struggle to move design files from a computer to a Husqvarna or Brother machine. Some sticks mount one day and fail the next. The culprit? Cheap, inconsistent flash drives.
Each drive went through a repeatable test:
Any stick that failed any step went straight to the trash.
I now package only the good sticks, label them as verified, and list them on Etsy. Shoppers get a drive that is proven to work with modern embroidery machines.
The process is dialed in, so I’ll keep selling small batches while I evaluate demand. Physical products are hands on, but the thank you notes from happy crafter’s make the work worth it.
